CC Capital was founded by two TCNJ roommates with a vision to improve the rental market, eliminating inefficiencies and creating a better experience for the tenants. Since then, the founders have pursued advanced degrees and certifications to improve their knowledge and give them the experience needed to best address the opportunities in the rental market. The firm seeks to have a diversified portfolio of real estate or real estate linked assets, leveraging past experiences, a strong network and a robust quantitative processes to identify profitable opportunities.
